R-Style technical support service provides its customers with comprehensive high quality and high-technology support in accordance with service agreements, the integral part of which is the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

How to submit your inquiry:

Our Technical Support Service accepts both telephone calls and the inquiries sent via email. While submitting your inquiry via email, please include the following information in your letter: 

• Your first and last name; 
• Company name; 
• Company address; 
• Telephone number; 
• Your Email; 
• Service Agreement No,; 
• Product name and its serial number (for issues relating to hardware);
• Whether you have a warranty certificate signed by a seller, the period of which is valid.

When responding to your inquiry by telephone, our staff will register your inquiry and give you the unique number of inquiry, which has to be used for your further requests to our Service for detailed status and information concerning the processing of your inquiry.

If your inquiry has been submitted via email, you will automatically receive the message from our Service, which will confirm the receipt of your inquiry with the appropriate unique number of the latter.

Such unique number has to be used for further requests to our Service for the detailed status and information concerning the processing of your inquiry.

Some reasons why your request may be declined: 

• You have provided incorrect or incomplete information; 
• There is no Service Agreement (in this case, repair of such hardware should be carried out by the manufacturer's authorized service center). 
• The Service Agreement has expired. 
• The hardware was used not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. 
• This request has been submitted by an unauthorized person.
